Climate

Denmark climate is usually mild. Winters are not very cold, but still cold. There lowest temperature in history is 0 degrees, and the highest ever is 88 degrees, which is pretty cold. Here are the usual temperatures for each month.

Flag

Denmarks flag is basically a red flag with an off centered white cross
inside it.

This flag was adopted in June 15, 1219. This is the oldest flag still in use in the world! Many people say that the flag was given to them by a God. Of course, nobody know if it's true. Sadly, Norway has made some slightly modifications making it look almost exactly like are flag!

Denmark has many great artists. One of the most famous artists is Bertel Thordvaldsen. He made the Ganymede made in 1817. Sadly Deanmarks art isn't that famous, but it still is pretty cool. Denmark also has sculptors, such as Lurs who made the Gundestrup Cauldron. Below this is a picture of Landscape with Northern Lights made by Jens Juel.

Food

Well let me start off by saying people from Denmark eat well! Usually for breakfast they eat things like Danishes(Pastry), Muffins, Scones( Kinda like cookies), and many other delicious foods. For lunch they may eat rye bread sandwiches, assorted lunch meats, and many other sandwich like food. For dinner they often eat meat dishes with potatoes, veggies liek carrots, and usaully a salad. Lastly for desert they may have Pies(Espcailly apple), Crepes, Fruit salad with whipped cream on top, and a ton of doughy delights! Down below is a strawberry danish.

Sports

The sport in Denmark is football, no not the football you thinking of the other one. Well, basically American soccer. It may not seem like much but 5.7% of all the people in Denmark play football. Denmark has reached number 3 in the FIFA world ranking.This picture is Micheal Laudrop the best Denmark player ever.
